This is a vintage Japanese porcelain tea bowl of Kyo Ware, which was
made by the 1st class potter, Toho Tezuka (1942-)
about 30 years ago.  He is a great potter, who won a lot of famous awards and prizes.
The seal of the potter is stamped on the bottom.
The original wooden box with the signature of the potter is also included.
