This is a vintage Japanese pottery tea bowl of Agano ware, which was
made by the 1st class potter, Chizan Kozuru (1932- )
about 30
years ago.
The original wooden box with the signature of the potter is also included.
Agano ware is a pottery ware made in Fukuchi, Tagawa District, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It was originally associated with the tea ceremony some keep traditional style, also make modern style.
