WW2 Era Japanese School Boys Martial Arts Champions Vtg Original Photo

Amazing photo....most likely late 1930s, this photo shows a group of boys seated in the front row with protective martial arts gear on, sitting in front of, most likely, their school headmasters. The various pennants surrounding them describe them as "Champions", and their is a victory wreath on each side of the group.
Photo has some curl to it...does not sit flat. Some scrap book residue on the back.
