NOT a reproduction...original vintage, no date.....assuming this is from the 1940s .... this card does not read "WWVA Wheeling West Virginia", but they were country music / hillbilly / western musicians on this station during the 1940s.  This was probably a hand-out used to promote their concerts, or for booking purposes.
Measures approx 8" x 6 1/4".  Shows some handing wear with light crease lines along with a larger crease line that goes from top left corner to the right middle section.  Also show light dirty spotting and wear to corners.  See photos.
