Previously owned, I have no idea of the working condition of this item. The handle cranks and turns, beyond that I do not know anything about this thing. I am selling for below average selling price, set by Ebay. Buyer be sure this is the right item to meet your needs. I can no longer guarantee any item after it leaves my hands and is accepted by the shipping service. I DO NOT USE USPS Priority Mail, my preference is UPS Ground and if YOU choose to use UPSP YOU will be charged for any additional INSURANCE! Due to USPS loosing and destroying a package I sent and was charged for when it arrived in eight pieces.
