    This item is in used working condition. There are signs of wear and discoloration throughout due to use and aging.
    This item has been tested and works as it should. The item may need to have the light bulb replaced soon.

    The paper display scene has staining/discoloration throughout (as shown in the photos). The top right of the scene has warping/damage
    The display throughout has staining/discoloration that does not come off
    One side of the roof has chipped/broken off
    The two hangers on the back have cracking where the rivet is and the plastic has scratching/scuffing
    The front "Hamm's Beer" display come off on one side and is not attached like it should be
    Both sides of the leaves have cracking/damage
    There is dirt/debris throughout the item
