Stunning Antique Victorian Book-chain Necklace Large Ornate Repousse Locket.
Brass and gold tone with darker, black, patina.
WONDERFUL RAISED RELIEF DESIGN ON FRONT OF LOCKET.
Chain is 18" long. Each link is 3/8".
Locket is 1.75" x 1.5".
Clear plastic inside locket is crinkled, especially on the picture side. the picture is faded.
Locket has oxidation and patina .Worst by the locking mechanism.
Surface scratches on the back and inside as well as color discoloration and blackened finish.
THERE IS A NEEDLE SIZE HOLE IN THE FRON OF THE LOCKET.
The lock mechanism is VERY strong.
