    Description

The Surinam Roach, Pycnoscelus surinamensis is a great little roach that is parthenogenic. That means that one female roach can make exact copies of herself.
These roaches are very easy to care for.  They like temps in the 70’s, they like to burrow in coconut coir bedding.  They eat carrots, hardwood leaves, fish flakes and fruit.
They like a damp substrate with rotting wood.
We are selling these as a breeding culture so that you have enough to establish a culture in a short period of time.  Each culture will contain 12 roaches of sub-breeder age so that you will get youngsters and will be able to enjoy their entire breeding period for your own production.
