Not a bad piece. 3 very clight cracks a couple inches in length on the inside of the bowl, as shown in the last picture. You really have to be looking for them and looking closely to see them. On the outside there is an inch in diameter spot that someone (not me) attempted to fix. It is hard like enamel but it needs to be sanded down and polished. It must have chipped and been filled in. Other than that there is no significant scratching or any chipping. The flowers are beautiful. It is a large piece. At the widest point it is just under nine inches wide. It is about 3.5 inches tall. I do not know who it is made by because it is not signed, but I can tell you it's very well made. Selling for my grandfather who bought the piece at least 30 years ago. I will bubble wrap and pack box with newspaper. It will ship safe.
