Return must include everything that was originally shipped out by us, including, but not limited to: the box, dust bag, stickers, extra insoles, extra studs, stud tool, shoe tree, or any other accessories ; and all in the same original condition as when there were shipped out, so please pack properly prior to shipping, please do not use the shoes, you can try them on to see if they fit but please do not crease, scrape scratch or do anything that will not allow us to relist the item as a brand new item. Same idea for non-shoe items. We have to receive returns in same condition &  with all packaging, tags, & all that was included in the transaction. Ebay allows qualifying sellers to refund down to just 50% of the original payment item comes back damages used or not in the original condition it was sent out. We will do this only if the item comes back in any condition other than how the item was sent. if the item comes back in the original condition, we will absolutely refund 100% of the buyers payment. all items are photographed prior to shipping to document condition.
