    Description

    Southwestern Native American Indian turquoise channel inlay Sterling silver hummingbird pin / brooch, unmarked, but either Zuni or Navajo.This outstanding hummingbird brooch was channel inlaid with 9 turquoise stones. The inlaid mosaic sits in the center of the round pin, with two silver plates adorning the outer side of the birds, on a textured silver background. The design is framed by a raised smooth border.  This piece weighs about 12.5 grams, and it's 1 3/8" in diameter. Exceptional inlay work and stones.
