, we strongly suggest you to hold your package in the Post Office for pick up. Just leave a message to us stating you want "Hold for Pickup with your phone #" in checkout message box for live delivery guarantee.
Post Office hold is free
and Post Office will email(your eBay email) and/or call you to pick up when your order arrives.
-We ship out the same day or the next day Monday-Friday excluding weekend and holidays. Friday afternoon (CST) orders will be shipped out on the following Monday
-If you have any problems with your product please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo proofs.
