You are buying Large (about 1" size) Juvenile Dubia Roaches to feed your reptile. These large juveniles are healthy and are excellent for feeding your reptile.
Your Dubia will be packed in a plastic cup. We will ship 10% extra just in case there is an occasional insect death during shipping.
Shipping is free. We use USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail and only ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to make sure you receive your package before the weekend. Orders received Mondays, Tuesdays and early Wednesdays are shipped right away. Orders received Wednesday afternoon thru Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
If you buy Monday, Tuesday or early Wednesday, you will receive your box that same week. You can ignore that inaccurate eBay delivery prediction that may show delivery delayed until the following week.
We ship only when temperatures will allow safe delivery. We guarantee live arrival if your region's temperatures are between 40 degrees and 90 degrees and you accept your package on the first delivery attempt. Do not purchase this item if your area is experiencing extreme weather temperatures.
To expect a refund you must 1) accept your package on the first delivery attempt, and 2) you must notify us by email within 2 hours of delivery with any concerns, and 3) your region's temperature must be between 40 degrees and 90 degrees. We cannot be responsible for the condition of your insects in packages left outside all day in the hot sun or freezing temperatures.
We do not ship to Florida, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally.
