Stunning!  100% authentic - just view the photos!  I have never worn this piece and it was made in 2002! This can be worn as a pendant or a pin.  Clearly signed on the back.  I do not know what kind of turquoise was used?   Please view all the photos.  Just a tad over 4.5" tall.  Just a tad under 1.5" wide.  12 photos, The last photo is with a penny so you can compare the size.
