    around the inside end to end plus a 1 1/4" gap and 1" up and down in the middle.  I would advise against adjustment.  Marked with the hallmarks of Alois Wagner and sterling.  Green turquoise heishi with tiny gold colored beads.  I don't know what the yellow metal is.  It could be gold fill or brass.  This has an imaginative contemporary or modernist design and yet it still has a classic look.  Great to stack or wear alone.
