    Description

    For sale is one "old school" Graflex Strobomite battery operated portable flash unit with PC cord. This unit runs on 4 "D" size batteries. I have tested the unit by hooking the PC cord to a Nikkormat film camera. It fired away but recycle times were around 12-15 seconds...even though the units ready light popped on almost a second or so after discharging the flash. So...at least by my limited testing your gonna need to be a bit patient between shots if you expect to put this unit to work! I have found little info on the net on this guy and have no understanding of what the red switch (button) function is on the back of the strobe head...but assume it is to fire the unit...but it did not do anything! There is an input for direct AC operation but you will need to find the cord for that.
