Epson Home Cinema 1060 1080p Home Theater Projector Near Mint Very Bright ISSUES

Hi , i have here for sale a Epson Home Cinema 1060. This is in near mint condition just a few small really faint scratches. This projector has only 14 hours total and is very bright. I uploaded several images to give you an idea of the picture quality. OK issues, this has a very faint orb in the image that i can only see with a very dark background. These orbs are very common even with new projectors. I uploaded several images and i could only see the orb in my last image. The focus uniformity is off. I can't get the whole image focused, either the top left corner is off or the right side. I don't notice it as much when viewing movies but with text. I also have to move the focus lever all the way to the left to get it focused. Please see my images and judge for yourself. I believe i tested everything but there could be others issues that i missed so im selling this for parts or repair. This sale includes the projector, remote and a power cord. The remote is new but for a different model, it works fine for all the basic functions except on and off. This item will be carefully boxed up and shipped fully insured.
