Orders are counted by hand for orders of 100 or less, and by current average weight for orders over 100.
Overages are included on every order.
All DOA reports must be within 1 hour of shipment arrival noted by post carrier.

What size do I need?
Measure the distance between the eyes of your pet. That is the largest food item they should receive! We recommend starting with a smaller size and working up.
How many should I buy?
Animals can eat many dubias in a day. We recommend starting with 100 and seeing how long that lasts your pet. It may take your pet 2 or 3 weeks to go through this many. As your pet gets bigger, you can order larger sizes so they last longer.  Start by offering your pet as many as they will eat in 10 minutes. This will give you an idea of how much they may eat in a day.
How do I take care of them?
Our dubias will come in a plastic container ready to feed, and shipped with food included. It is recommended that after receiving your dubias you put a piece of potato or carrot in with them to provide a water source. Keep them at room temperature.
