For our 100% live Guarantee  All orders must be held at your local post office for pickup, or if you want it delivered you must be home on the first attempt and notify me within 2Hrs of delivery with Pictures if there are any issues. I recommend having it held and picked up at the post office the day of the scheduled delivery. There has been cases where the deliver  driver keeps packages on his truck for 10+ hour and there are even some incidents where they are left overnight.   I must be notified directly within an hour of pickup or delivery with pictures to receive a replacement or refund.  Please put the word "VOID" in your shipping ADDRESS during checkout If you wish to have your package delivered to your address, however this will void the live Guarantee.
