Return and Exchange Policy Returns and/or exchanges can be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase as long as it is not worn.  Shoes can be returned up to 7 days.  Merchandise must be in its original packaging stating a reason for return.  Undergarments/protective cups cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.  All shoes must be in the original box and hats must be returned in a sturdy box.
