All live animal shipments are shipped via usps first class or priority mail dependent on weight, tracking will be provided with either method. All orders will ship with a heatpack or cold pack (WEATHER PERMITTING)
Also please be aware that any delays in shipping that cause issues are something that I cannot be held liable for and if a reshipment is needed for a lost package or an invalid address or any reason then the reship fee is buyer responsibility.
In the event of a DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) i must be notified within 1 hour of the usps delivery time stamp & very clear photos of the animal/animals must be provided & once done i will arrange to send a replacement as that is the ONLY form of reimbursement offered NO refunds NO returns. All replacement shipping fees are paid by you the buyer.
