    Description

    Antique Satsuma Teaset - Taisho Period (1912-26) with makers mark (Bizan). Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Each piece in this set is decorated by hand, with the design wrapping around and under the cups and hollow ware. The design features women dressed in kimonos walking by a lake, with a Japanese maple overhead and a large home on a hillside behind them. Mt Fuji is in the far distance. The pieces are rimmed in black with fine gold overlay. Each piece in the set is signed. Condition is very good with no chips, cracks or restoration. There is slight darkening on the inside of 1 cup from use and also on 3 of the plates. Included are:
