    Description

    I am offering for sale a circa 1987 J Balme 22K Gold & Enamel Table Medal representing the battle flag of the 25th Demi-Bregade of the French Army (1914-1918) during World War I.  It includes the original box and certificate.  There is a gold plaque on the bottom of the inside of the box stating 25e Regiment du Genie de L'Air, Entreprendre Pour Aboutir.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.  The flag measures 2 1/2" square and the flag pole is 4 3/4".
