Presenting an outstanding example of the legendary 1965 Danelecto DS 100 tube guitar amp with 6 x 10" Jensen speakers onboard
My friend bought this brand new at Sam Ash Music in 1965 when he was 17. Funny I asked him how he afforded that amp at a young age. He said he used the SAM ASH installment plan.LOL
He played in a band on and off for a few years and the amp was stashed away ever since.The speaker back panel was never removed. Amp was also never opened according to him.
It' all original and works excellent. Reverb & Vibrato sound great. No Hum or noisy controls.
Cosmetics are pretty amazing as you can see. Chrome is nice and shiny. A real survivor
All tubes original so I was told. Four RCA 6L6GC + 3 Amperex Bugle Boy 12AX7 + Westinghouse on the others. Standby and Pilot lamp illuminate.
It sounds Sounds loud and clear with the tone Danelectro is famous for.
Gonna be hard to find a cleaner an more original example of this rare1965 Danelectro DS 100 tube guitar amp. The original Sam Ash sticker still on the back upper left hand back .
Includes original footswirch.
