    Description

Original 1930's photograph by ' Murata ' of Shimonoseki ki. Japan. The photo depicting Japanese Naval officers, sailors and civilians gathered onboard a large warship. Many of the sailors are wearing scarfs with slogans, some civilians are wearing armbands with slogans or possibly the names of organizations. Of the civilians is an elderly gentleman with a long white beard. In the right background, far in the distance you can see the masts of an older vessel. The detail throughout the photo is exceptional - far better than my digital photos I have uploaded depict. The photo measures 10 3/4" x 8 1/2" inches, the photographers cardboard mount measures 15 5/8" x 13" inches. Will be well packed and shipped priority due to the weight.
